Choose a flat road to avoid driving for long periods of time on rough and uneven surfaces.
Lubrication and maintenance:
Lubricate the rotating parts of the track to reduce friction and wear.
Pay attention to checking the lubricating oil in the sprocket wheel, and replace it with a new one in a timely manner if there is oil leakage.
2、 Cleaning method
Clearing debris:
After the excavator work is completed, the soil, gravel and other debris on the track should be removed in a timely manner. These debris will be compressed between the guide wheel, drive wheel, and track as the track rotates, causing the track to stretch and wear more severely.
You can use the driving force of the walking motor to remove debris from the track, or lift up one side of the track for cleaning.
High pressure water gun flushing:
Using a high-pressure water gun to rinse the tracks can thoroughly remove stubborn dirt attached to them.
When washing, attention should be paid to maintaining a certain distance and angle to avoid damage to the track.
Professional cleaning agent cleaning:
For oil stains and dirt that are difficult to remove, professional cleaning agents can be used for cleaning.
When using cleaning agents, a small area test should be conducted first to ensure that it will not cause corrosion or damage to the tracks.
After cleaning, rinse with clean water and air dry the tracks.
